We are looking for an experienced Contract Expert to join our team and manage the complete contract lifecycle with strong focus on commercial, legal, compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts Managing contracts from initiation to closure Identifying contractual risks, obligations and liabilities Monitoring amendments, renewals and compliance Coordinating with clients, vendors, legal and internal teams Supporting commercial negotiations and dispute resolution Maintaining accurate contract records and MIS

What We’re Looking For: Relevant experience in contract management Strong understanding of commercial terms and contract documentation Excellent negotiation and communication skills Robust analytical and documentation abilities

Experience in managing multiple contracts/projects is preferred

Experience: 3-4 Years

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
