- The interns will primarily create content across two domains:
- SAP & Enterprise Technology and Visa & Immigration.

Role Overview

- We are looking for creative, research-oriented, detail-focused Content Writer Interns who can research topics and turn information into clear, engaging, accurate, SEO-friendly content.
- This internship is suitable for fresh graduates and students with strong English writing skills who want hands-on experience creating real-world content for websites, blogs, social media, marketing campaigns, videos, and digital platforms.
- Prior professional experience in SAP or Visa & Immigration is not mandatory. However, candidates should be willing to research and learn these industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and write content related to SAP, enterprise technology, Visa, Immigration, international travel, and global mobility.
- Write SEO-friendly blogs, articles, website pages, landing pages, and guides.
- Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Assist in writing scripts for Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, explainers, and marketing videos.
- Create captions, headlines, ad copy, email content, and promotional copy.
- Conduct online research using reliable and authoritative sources.
- Verify facts before incorporating them into published content.
- Work with the SEO and marketing teams on keyword-focused content.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, readability, accuracy, tone, and consistency.
- Update and optimize existing website and blog content.
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, video editors, SEO specialists, and marketing team members.
- Follow company brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone of voice.
- Learn to use analytics and SEO insights to improve content performance.





Visa & Immigration Content The intern will research and create content around topics such as:

- Tourist and visitor visas
- Business visas
- Student visas and study abroad
- Work permits and employment visas
- Visa application processes
- Visa documentation and requirements
- Country-specific visa guides
- International travel and mobility
- Immigration programs
- Visa application tips and explainers
- Frequently asked visa questions
- Immigration-related news and updates
- Customer education content

Because visa and immigration requirements can change, candidates must understand the importance of fact-checking, source verification, and avoiding unsupported claims. SAP & Enterprise Technology Content The intern will learn about and create content around topics such as:

- SAP and enterprise technology
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
- SAP Integration Suite
- SAP Cloud Integration (CPI)
- SAP API Management
- SAP SuccessFactors
- SAP Ariba

You are not expected to be an SAP technical expert when you join.

However, you should be willing to research technical subjects, speak with internal subject-matter experts, understand the basics, and convert complex technical information into content that business audiences can easily understand.

- Previous internship, freelance, college, or personal content-writing experience.
- Experience writing blogs or articles.
- Experience managing college or personal social media content.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or Search Console.
- Familiarity with Canva.
- Interest in SAP, technology, travel, Visa & Immigration, or international education.
- Experience using AI tools responsibly for research, ideation, and productivity.

AI Usage

Candidates may use AI tools to support research, brainstorming, outlining, and productivity, but simply generating AI content and submitting it without review will not be acceptable.

The intern will be expected to:

Research → Understand → Write → Fact-Check → Edit → Proofread → Submit

Every piece of content should demonstrate human judgment, accuracy, appropriate tone, and understanding of the subject.

- You do not need to know everything about SAP or Visa & Immigration on Day 1. What matters is your ability to receive a topic, research it properly, understand the audience, verify the information, and convert it into useful content.
- For example: Topic Assigned → Research → Identify Audience → Verify Sources → Create Outline → Write → Optimize for SEO → Proofread → Publish
- This internship will provide hands-on exposure to content writing, SEO, social media, B2B technology marketing, SAP, Visa & Immigration, and digital marketing.
