We're seeking a Content Writer adept at translating complex concepts into user-friendly content. In this role, you'll ensure content quality, collaborate with our team to meet deliverables, and innovate in content formats and presentations. Your analytical skills will be key in synthesizing diverse knowledge, and your attention to detail will uphold our high standards across platforms. Responsibilities
- Learn complex concepts and translate them to platform-specific and user-friendly content.
- Ensure quality of content, instructional design, and overall course experience.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and project managers to meet content production deliverables.
- Define structure the content development process.
- Develop effective ideas for recent engagement pieces and new formats of content.
- Develop effective ideas for new engagement pieces, new formats of content, and original presentations.
- Complete proofreading of all content for errors/inconsistencies across platform and website.
Required Competencies
Legend: Essential / Preferred
- Excellent English language skills and ability to write instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts.
- An analytical outlook that enables the consumption and synthesis of knowledge from multiple sources and domains.
- Proficiency in generating various content formats for consumption from the source document(s).
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Notion, Veed.io, Linear, Intercom, Plateau, and Miro.
- Knowledge of course development software and learning management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- A strong belief that a team as a whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
- Excellent leadership and organization skills.
