- Research industry-related topics, trends, competitors, and target audiences before writing.

- Develop content according to the company’s brand voice, objectives, and communication standards.

- Write and edit articles, captions, product/service descriptions, press releases, and promotional content.

- Create SEO-friendly content using relevant keywords and appropriate content structure.

- Proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

- Coordinate with the Marketing, PR, Design, and Sales teams for content requirements.

- Develop creative ideas and content concepts for marketing campaigns and promotions.

- Prepare social media captions and content calendars as required.

- Rewrite and improve existing content to make it more effective and engaging.





- Ensure all content is original and free from plagiarism.

- Maintain consistency in company terminology, messaging, and brand identity.

- Meet assigned content deadlines and maintain a regular content schedule.

- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and audience response.

- Maintain an organized library of approved content, drafts, images, and other content-related materials.

- Support management with presentations, company profiles, proposals, and official communication when required.

- Stay updated with current content, SEO, digital marketing, and social media trends.

- Ensure all published content is factually accurate and approved by the concerned department/management.
