Job Summary

We are looking for a Content Writer who can create clear, engaging, and high-quality content for B2B software products and solutions.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable writing both technical and promotional/marketing content. The role involves creating content that simplifies complex software concepts while also supporting brand visibility, marketing initiatives, and lead generation.

Candidates with experience in IT, SaaS, software products, or technology companies will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Write high-quality content for websites, blogs, articles, and software/product pages.
- Create technical and promotional/marketing content for software products and solutions.
- Develop case studies, press releases, marketing content, campaigns, and other marketing assets.
- Create product-focused content that clearly communicates software features, advantages, and use cases.
- Contribute to product documentation, user guides, and other user-focused technical content.
- Create and support social media content when required.
- Simplify complex technical/software concepts into easy-to-understand content.
- Apply SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) practices to improve content visibility and discoverability.
- Research technology, software, CRM, SaaS, and industry-related topics to develop accurate content.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales,



and technical teams to understand requirements and create relevant content.
- Maintain consistency in tone, grammar, terminology, and brand communication across different content formats.
- Stay updated with content marketing, SEO, AEO/GEO, and technology industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 15 years of experience in Content Writing / Technical Writing / B2B Content Writing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience writing technical as well as promotional/marketing content.
- Ability to understand and simplify technical/software concepts.
- Good knowledge of SEO and content writing best practices.
- Basic understanding of AEO and GEO.
- Strong research, editing, proofreading, and content structuring skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of business communication and marketing messaging.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in IT, Software, SaaS, or B2B technology companies.
- Experience working for a software product or solution-based company.
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM / Enterprise Software.
- Experience creating website content, blogs, case studies, product pages, press releases, and social media content.
- Familiarity with email marketing and digital marketing.
- Experience creating technical documentation or user-focused software content.
