Role Description

Tab Infinity is looking for a creative, articulate and digitally savvy Content Writer & Social Media Associate to join our team in Chennai.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, storytelling, branding and social media, and can translate ideas into engaging content across digital platforms. The candidate will work closely with our design, strategy and video teams to develop content that is relevant, well-written and aligned with each brand’s voice and positioning.

We are looking for someone who can think creatively, write confidently and support the day-to-day management of multiple social media accounts in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and well-written content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Develop captions, campaign copy, reel scripts, headlines and other short-form digital content
- Assist in planning and managing monthly social media calendars across multiple brands
- Understand each brand’s tone, audience and positioning and ensure consistency across communication
- Ideate content concepts, campaigns, reels and topical communication in collaboration with the creative team
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers and internal teams for content execution
- Support scheduling, publishing and day-to-day handling of social media platforms
- Monitor comments, DMs and audience interactions and respond in an appropriate brand tone




- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, content formats and emerging digital behaviour
- Track content performance, engagement and platform insights
- Write and refine website content, blogs, campaign communication, brand copy and other marketing content when required
- Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy and consistency
- Manage multiple brands, timelines and content requirements simultaneously

What We’re Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in content writing, social media, digital marketing or a related role
- Strong command of written English with the ability to adapt writing styles across different brands and audiences
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Strong interest in branding, storytelling, social media and digital culture
- Ability to develop creative ideas and convert them into engaging content
- Understanding of reels, short-form video formats and current social media trends
- Strong attention to detail with positive proofreading and editing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within timelines
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with design, strategy and video teams
- Experience working with multiple brands or within a creative/digital agency will be an advantage
