About the Role:

VYGR is looking for a creative and proactive Content Writer who stays updated with trending news and current affairs across India. The ideal candidate can turn breaking stories and emerging trends into engaging, informative, and timely content for digital audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor trending news, current affairs, and social media conversations to identify content opportunities.
- Research, write, and publish accurate, engaging articles within deadlines.
- Create compelling headlines, hooks, and stories that resonate with our audience.
- Verify facts and maintain quality, originality, and editorial standards.
- Collaborate with the content and social media teams to improve content reach and engagement.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver consistently in a fast-paced work environment.

What We're Looking For:

- 0–3 years of experience in content writing, journalism, digital media, blogging, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong writing skills and a genuine interest in news are welcome.
- Solid awareness of Indian news and digital trends.
- Ability to research quickly and simplify information for readers.
- A self-starter who can work independently and take initiative.
- Strong discipline and commitment to deadlines.




- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving digital environment.

Good to Have:

- Experience with a digital media platform, publication, or newsroom.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital content.
- Familiarity with Google Trends and social media platforms.
- Published articles, blogs, or a writing portfolio.

Salary: Rs. 10000 per month

Work hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM, Saturdays (if required, but on WFH)
