– Content Manager ROLE: Content Manager

LOCATION: Mumbai (Marol-Andheri)

WORKING DAYS: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the content team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with SEO, business, and customer requirements.
- Plan, assign, and monitor content through the editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
- Review, edit, and approve articles, blogs, website content, social media content, product content, scripts, video narratives, and email marketing content.
- Ensure all content is accurate, informative, user-friendly, original, and plagiarism-free.
- Maintain consistency in content quality, tone, brand guidelines, and communication across platforms.
- Collaborate with SEO, marketing, design, and other teams to ensure content supports overall business objectives.
- Guide content writers on research, writing, editing, SEO optimization, and content quality.
- Monitor content performance and identify areas for improvement based on SEO and user engagement requirements.
- Ensure healthcare and pharmacy-related content is factually accurate and appropriately researched.
- Handle short-form to long-form content, ranging from 500 to 2000+ words, depending on the requirement.
- Manage multiple content projects simultaneously and ensure smooth workflow within the team.




- Conduct regular quality checks and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Take ownership of content-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

Skills Required & Qualification

- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Content Writing/Content Management, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or medical content.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a team-lead or managerial role.
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, editing, and content development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO content writing and content optimization.
- Ability to manage and mentor a team of content writers.
- Solid research, proofreading, editing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
- Good understanding of healthcare/pharmacy-related content is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Experience

- Medical/Healthcare/Pharma Content Writing: 2+ years preferred.
- Experience managing a content team and editorial calendar.
- Experience working with SEO, digital marketing, and website content.
