We’re looking for a creative and internet-savvy intern who understands social media, short-form content, trends, and storytelling.

This is not a traditional script writing role.

You’ll work with our Narrative Strategy & Content Planning team and learn how raw conversations, interviews, podcasts, and long-form content are turned into engaging content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.

What You'll Work On

- Find interesting content moments, stories, and opportunities from raw content.
- Help create hooks, story angles, and short-form content ideas.
- Assist in converting raw conversations and long-form content into scripts.
- Research trending topics, formats, creators, and social media trends.
- Help repurpose content into different short-form formats.
- Work closely with writers, editors, and the content team.

What We're Looking For

- Strong interest in social media and digital content.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Reels, and Shorts.
- Naturally curious about why certain content gets attention.




- Positive storytelling and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and take feedback.
- Active understanding of internet culture and current trends.

Bonus Points

- You run or have previously run a social media page or channel.
- You have created content, written scripts, captions, or social media posts.
- You actively follow creators, podcasts, business content, or digital media.
