About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our education-focused team. The candidate will be responsible for creating clear, engaging, informative, and audience-focused content for students, working professionals, parents, and other education-related audiences.

The ideal candidate should have strong writing and research skills, an excellent command of English, and the ability to simplify complex educational concepts into easy-to-understand content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality content for websites, blogs, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and other marketing channels.
- Develop educational and informative content related to courses, programs, careers, admissions, placements, and the education industry.
- Research topics, industry trends, competitors, courses, and target audiences to create relevant content.
- Write SEO-friendly blogs and website content using appropriate keywords.
- Develop content for course descriptions, program pages, FAQs, student guides, and admission-related communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing, admissions, academic, and design teams to understand content requirements.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, readability, tone, and accuracy.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and content quality across platforms.
- Repurpose existing content into social media posts, emailers, short-form content, and other formats.




- Ensure all content is original, factually accurate, and aligned with the organization's communication guidelines.
- Stay updated with education-sector trends, student preferences, and digital content trends.

Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to conduct effective online research and gather information from reliable sources.
- Strong storytelling and content structuring abilities.
- Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Ability to write for different audiences and platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of social media content formats.
- Familiarity with AI content tools such as ChatGPT/Gemini/Claude is an advantage, with the ability to fact-check and humanize AI-assisted content.

Preferred Background
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in Education, EdTech, Training, BFSI education, Higher Education, or Career Counselling will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience writing educational, career, academic, or student-focused content will be given preference.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
