Role & responsibilities

- Create/write engaging scripts and storyboards for animated videos, chatbots, and interactive content.

- Copywriting for creating mailers, banners, and other internal promotional content.

- Research industry trends and competitors to ensure content is relevant and up to date.

- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

- Collaborate with the designing team to align content with business goals and target audience.

- Work closely with cross-functional subject matter experts to gather information and insights for content creation.

- Assist in the development and execution of content strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
