Reel & Short-Form Video Editing

● Edit in-house recorded footage into Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

● Add subtitles, transitions, cuts, and basic animations and effects to improve engagement.

● Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms (aspect ratio, pacing, etc.).

2. YouTube Video Editing

● Edit long duration YouTube videos including educational and marketing content.

● Maintain clean structure, proper pacing, and qualified output quality.

● Insert basic motion elements, highlights, and visual enhancements where required.

3. Lecture Recording & Editing (Core Responsibility)

● Set up camera, microphone and lighting for classroom lectures and ensure the recording runs correctly through the session.

● Manage and maintain all recording equipments.

● Listen to and process classroom lecture recordings (3-4 hours duration).

● Remove unnecessary pauses, silent gaps during writing, and irrelevant classroom disturbances.

● Deliver structured, clean, compressed and revision-friendly lecture videos for students.

4. Coordination with Marketing Team

● Work closely with the Digital Marketing team and BDM to understand editing requirements and revisions.

● Implement feedback quickly and accurately.

5. File Management & Delivery

● Maintain proper file organization and version control.

● Deliver edited videos within deadlines as per content schedule.

● Export videos in optimized formats for different platforms.

6. Editing Quality & Creativity





● Apply creativity in transitions, visual flow and basic animations.

● Enhance video quality without altering the core content intent.

Eligibility:

1. Academic Requirements: Any Graduate

2. Skills Required: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (primary), Working knowledge of Filmora or equivalent software

(additional), Basic knowledge of Canva for thumbnails and minor design edits, Understanding of video pacing and clean editing, Audio clarity and synchronization

3. Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant video editing experience (Mandatory)

4. Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must share previous work samples (Reels and long-form videos) at the time of application

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
