Job Summary

Flint Marketings is looking for a creative and sharp-minded Social Content Strategist with 1–3 years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, and social media.

We are looking for someone who understands social media inside out, keeps up with the latest trends, has strong creative writing skills, and can develop content strategies and ideas that make brands stand out.

Required skillset:

- We want a creative and sharp-witted Social Content Strategist with experience of 1 to 3 years.
- You should have an unquenched thirst to do exceptional creative writing.
- Your vocabulary and grammar should be flawless.
- You should eat social media for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A social media pundit who knows it all and who owns a clever perspective to every social trend out there.
- A social media wizard with utmost dedication towards multiple project deliveries and deadlines.

Experience: 1 to 3 year/s of experience in content strategy and writing for various formats especially social media. Agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities:





- Research – Researching about different brands, products and services, competitors, and creating a comprehensive content & communication strategy for any brand.
- Strategy – Coming up with the core idea for campaigns and execution of the same with exceptional copies.
- Creating Social Media monthly calendars.
- Managing social profiles by responding to page queries and helping build engagement on posts & stories
- Being vigilant to industry’s latest trends to come up with breakthrough ideas
- Understanding client requirements and accordingly creating the content strategy.
- Collaborating with Graphic Designers and getting creative for your campaigns and calendars
- Reporting project progress and performance.
- Being a team player and mentoring young executives

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
