Role Description The Content Strategist role at Stitch Stories is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The individual in this role will develop and manage content strategies that support brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning editorial calendars, collaborating with design and marketing teams, briefing and reviewing written and visual content, and ensuring consistency of brand voice.

Strategist will analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and refine content approaches based on audience insights.



This role also involves maintaining content guidelines, overseeing web content updates, and supporting product launches and seasonal campaigns with cohesive storytelling.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and oversee Content Strategy and Content Management aligned with brand and business goals.
- Strong skills in Content Development, including planning and creating narratives for campaigns, product stories, and brand initiatives.
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing and Writing for websites, social media, email, and marketing collateral.
- Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands, preferably in womenswear or related sectors.
- Ability to interpret analytics and audience insights to optimize content performance and engagement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with design, marketing, and leadership teams on-site in Noida.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Fashion Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
