Role Overview:

We are looking for a Content Strategist who can build culturally relevant, revenue-aligned brand ecosystems — not just campaigns.

This role sits at the intersection of Content Marketing, IP Development, Influencer Strategy, and Business Growth. The mandate goes beyond curating a seed thought or isolated creative idea; you will be responsible for architecting scalable, full-funnel content platforms that drive brand equity, consideration, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign & Platform Architecture

- Architect end-to-end, full-funnel content strategies (top-of-funnel awareness through bottom-of-funnel conversion) based on client briefs and business objectives.
- Build multi-phase campaign architectures (pre-buzz, launch, sustain, conversion) rather than one-off executions.
- Translate complex brand requirements into scalable storytelling frameworks and integrated influencer strategies.

2. Influencer & Creator Ecosystem Strategy

- Structure tiered creator models (Hero–Hub–Hygiene frameworks) to drive complete brand coverage.




- Design "surround-sound" influencer campaigns that align with subcultures and target audiences.
- Conceptualize creator-first, brand-owned IP properties that drive recurring engagement.

3. Cultural IP Development & Social Storytelling

- Develop long-term, culturally rooted brand narratives and identify white space for proprietary brand IPs.
- Oversee social-native storytelling formats, including micro-drama series and short-form video systems, ensuring creative direction aligns with consumer psychology.
- Bridge corporate brand objectives with authentic digital creator culture.

4. Business Growth & New Business Pitches

- Lead strategy frameworks for current business pitches and prospective client proposals.
- Translate brand objectives into clear, measurable growth plans and performance indicators.
- Document campaign outcomes to create high-impact case studies demonstrating tangible business metrics.

5. Cross-Functional Execution & Leadership

- Collaborate with internal performance, PR, growth, sales, and production teams to bring campaign ecosystems to life.
- Guide execution from brief analysis and ideation through to campaign rollout and optimization.

Strategic Depth: Proven capability in designing full-funnel content architectures that map directly to business objectives and revenue goals.

Culture & Trends Acumen: Deep understanding of internet subcultures, social-native formats, micro-dramas, and creator ecosystems.

Deck & Pitch Mastery: Ability to structure insight-led pitch decks and present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders.

Collaborative Execution: Strong track record working alongside creative, performance, and production teams to execute complex campaigns at scale.
