We are looking for a Content Strategist who understands social media content deeply and knows how to turn ideas into content that is relevant, engaging, and aligned with a brand's goals.

Role Overview

As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and planning content strategies for our clients across Instagram and LinkedIn.

You will understand the client's brand, audience, niche, and goals and use these insights to create content directions, content pillars, ideas, hooks, and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute Instagram and LinkedIn content strategies
- Understand the client's brand, target audience, niche, and positioning
- Create content pillars, themes, and content directions
- Brainstorm strong hooks, unique angles, and storytelling concepts
- Develop platform-specific content ideas for Instagram and LinkedIn
- Understand the difference between Instagram and LinkedIn content
- Plan and manage content calendars
- Work closely with content writers, designers, and video editors
- Provide clear strategic direction to the content team
- Review and refine content to ensure it aligns with the overall strategy and brand voice
- Research competitors, industry trends, and audience behaviour
- Stay updated with changing social media trends,



formats, and content styles
- Analyse content performance and identify areas for improvement
- Develop content ideas for founder-led and personal branding accounts

What We’re Looking For

- 1+ year of experience in content strategy, social media, content marketing, or a related role
- Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn
- Good understanding of social media writing and storytelling
- Strong knowledge of hooks, content angles, and audience psychology
- Excellent content ideation and research skills
- Ability to understand a brand and develop content around its positioning
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines
- Experience with personal branding/founder-led content will be an advantage

The Right Candidate Should
- Understand why people stop scrolling and engage with content
- Know how to adapt the same idea differently for Instagram and LinkedIn
- Have a strong sense of what makes content interesting and shareable
- Be comfortable researching different industries and audiences
- Think strategically instead of simply creating content on instructions
- Have a good understanding of current social media trends
- Be able to communicate ideas clearly with writers and creative teams
