Role Overview

We re looking for a Content Strategist who can take content from idea to execution - developing concepts, shaping narratives, managing shoots, and ensuring the final content is polished and platform-ready.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative content ideas and social media concepts aligned with brand objectives.

- Build content strategies, formats, scripts, and storyboards for Reels and digital campaigns.

- Own the complete content process - ideation, scripting, pre-production, shoot execution, and post-production.

- Coordinate and manage Reel/video shoots, including talent, locations, props, and production requirements.

- Work closely with designers, videographers, editors, and account teams to bring concepts to life.

- Review and refine final edits to ensure robust storytelling, brand consistency, and quality.

- Stay updated on social media trends,



formats, and emerging content opportunities.

What We re Looking For

- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.

- Hands-on experience in content strategy and Reel/video production.

- Ability to manage projects independently from concept to final delivery.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills.
