Job Title: Marketing/Communications - GTM Content Specialist.

Role Purpose:

Content specialist for global go-to-market and enablement initiatives that help position CSS services, equip sales and delivery teams with effective resources, and communicate customer value across North America, EMEA, JAPAC and LAD.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and deliver content for enablement programs, go to market collateral, including workshops, webinars, newsletters, playbooks and training materials.
- Support development of executive messaging, sales collateral, customer success stories and other high-impact content for strategic initiatives.
- Manage complex, cross-functional programs and stakeholders while supporting multiple priorities in a global environment.
- Develop and support digital content including presentations, webpages, social media posts, and videos.

Skills & Experience Required:

- 5+ years of experience in content creation across go to market, enablement, marketing, program management or a related technology-focused role.
- Good understanding of cloud and enterprise technology, including SaaS, AI, OCI, Database and industry applications.




- Exceptional storytelling and content-development capability across presentations, sales materials, training assets and customer narratives.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel, including use of data and analytics to assess performance and improve programs.
- Video creation and editing skills, with good working knowledge of key editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Camtasia or similar tools.
- Skills in Webpage design and creation using SharePoint features.
- Ability to produce engaging short-form and long-form video content for enablement, executive communications, events and customer storytelling.
