Content Specialist / Writer - AEC

CMT Business School is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator who can develop engaging content that connects with students, parents, working professionals, and our wider audience.

If you enjoy ideating, writing, creating videos, following social media trends, and telling stories through content, this role could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative content ideas for social media and digital platforms.
- Create content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Write engaging captions, scripts, hooks, promotional content, and campaign copy.
- Plan and execute short-form video content such as Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing team to develop campaigns.
- Cover campus activities, events, student activities, achievements, and institutional initiatives.
- Research trending content formats, topics, sounds, and social media trends.
- Create content that supports admissions, branding, student engagement, and institutional communication.




- Maintain a consistent content calendar and ensure timely publishing.
- Experiment with recent content formats to improve engagement and reach.

Requirements

- 13 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Robust writing and communication skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to write creative and engaging scripts and captions.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple content requirements.
