Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Writer role based in Noida.

The Content

Writer will create clear, engaging content for web pages, blogs, product descriptions, marketing campaigns, and customer communications aligned with CERF’s brand and communication solutions.

Responsibilities include researching industry topics, translating technical concepts into accessible language, and developing content that supports sales, product,



and marketing initiatives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan content, maintaining a consistent tone and style, and ensuring all materials are accurate, well-structured, and optimized for digital channels.

Writer will also review and revise content to meet quality standards and deadlines.

Qualifications

- Strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills to produce explicit, audience-focused digital content.
- Ability to develop and execute Content Strategy supported by thorough Research.
- Proficiency in Proofreading and attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Excellent command of written English, with strong grammar, syntax, and storytelling abilities.
- Experience creating content for technology, SaaS, or communication platforms is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and basic understanding of digital marketing practices.
- Ability to collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
