The Asst. Manager Development & Marketing will play a crucial role in supporting the fundraising efforts of Christel House India. This position involves a wide range of responsibilities, including content creation, Donor proposals and reporting, Social Media, event coordination, and fund raising related administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

- Master's/ bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, development, business administration).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and donor management softwares.
- Proven proficiency with PPT, Mail chimp and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Ability to work effectively within a team setting.

Salary: Commensurate with experience. Experience : 5-7 yrs of experience in marketing and communications.
