We are looking for highly organized and proactive Content Production Coordinator to support planning, coordination and execution of photo and video productions across multiple accounts.
How Your Day Will Look Like/ Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day to day communication with freelance photographers, videographers, editors and other creative partners.
- Manage freelancer scheduling, availability agreements, onboarding and ongoing communications.
- Source and maintain a network of freelance creative professionals across existing and new markets.
- Track production deliverables, follow up on outstanding assets, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Education and Work Experience:
- BTech, BCA, MBA, Marketing communications, Business Media or a related field
- Freshers with prior little experience to this and with 1-2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with freelancers, vendors, creative partners or external stakeholders in a fast paced workplace.
Knowledge:
- Good understanding of photo and video production workflows.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration platforms.
- Knowledge of content management.
- Understanding of freelancer management.
- Basic knowledge of social media content formats and creative deliverables is preferred.
