What You'll Do

- Ideate and script content that fits FITPASS's voice
- Plan and shoot short-form video content (for social, ads) (basic camera/shooting skills required you don't need to be a cinematographer, but you should know your way around a shoot)
- Stay on top of social media trends, formats, and platform behavior, and translate them into content that fits the brand




- Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to build content calendars and campaign concepts
- Work with talent, gyms, trainers, and on-ground teams to plan and execute shoots
- Take ownership of content from brief to final delivery, ensuring quality and brand consistency

What We're Looking For

- 2-3 years of experience in content/video production, social media content, or a similar creative role
- Strong scripting and storytelling ability: you can write a hook, not just a caption
- Working knowledge of shooting basics (camera settings, framing, lighting on a basic level)
- Sharp understanding of how social media platforms work: what performs, what doesn't, and why
- A good eye for trends and the instinct to adapt them quickly for a brand
- Bonus: basic editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Edits App or similar)
- A genuine interest in fitness/wellness content is a plus
