Role Overview

We are seeking an internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the implementation, adoption, and ongoing support of the ContentPilot publishing platform. The primary responsibility of this role is to understand client publishing workflows and configure, implement, and support ContentPilot to meet client and business needs.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1+ year of experience working with publishing workflow systems (e.g., WMS, iTracks, or similar)
- Strong publishing domain and process knowledge
- Hands-on exposure to production workflows including Typesetting and XML
- Candidate with prior experience in workflow-driven publishing environments

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze client publishing workflows and requirements
- Lead and support ContentPilot implementation aligned to client processes
- Configure workflows, validate setups,



and support client onboarding
- Act as the primary SME during implementation and post-go-live support
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform and production-related issues
- Provide functional support to internal teams and clients
- Conduct user training sessions, demos, and knowledge-transfer workshops
- Support UAT and production testing from a user perspective
- Collaborate with product and technology teams on enhancements and improvements
- Document workflows, configurations, SOPs, and best practices
- Handle internal and client support calls and queries
