We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Content Moderator to review and moderate online content. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that user-generated content follows company guidelines, platform policies, and community standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate text, images, videos, and other user-generated content.
- Evaluate content based on platform policies, company guidelines, and community standards.
- Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates policies.
- Ensure content meets quality, safety, and community standards.
- Escalate sensitive or complex cases to the appropriate team.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency while making moderation decisions.
- Stay updated with platform policies, guidelines, and moderation procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling user-generated content.
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
- Report recurring content issues when required.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in content moderation, content review, customer support, social media, or a similar role.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and valuable judgment.
- Ability to understand and apply platform policies and content guidelines.
- Ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
- Comfortable working with online platforms and digital content.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
