Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design / Learning Experience Design / E-Learning / Content Development
- Strong hands-on experience in digital content development
- Mandatory hands-on expertise in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Vyond, Canva, and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of Instructional Design principles and LMS
- Experience in developing interactive digital and e-learning content
- Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS Administration
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Synthesia
- Solid skills in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design or a related field
