Content Design & Video Intern

About High Time FoodsHigh Time Foods is a food-first protein brand making familiar foods work a little harder. Think momos, samosas, kebabs and tikkis, with better protein built in.

We're a young brand, which means we're constantly shooting, testing, designing, experimenting and figuring out what actually gets people to stop scrolling (and hopefully get hungry).

We're looking for a Content Design & Video Intern who wants to be closely involved in building that visual language with us.

What you'll work onYour primary focus will be graphic design and video editing, particularly for performance marketing and social media.

You'll work closely with the marketing team to:

- Design static and motion creatives for Meta ads, including different concepts, formats and iterations for testing
- Edit Reels, ads and other short-form content from footage shot by the team
- Understand what makes a creative work as an ad, not just what makes it look good
- Think of fresh visual concepts, hooks, formats and executions for social media and paid campaigns
- Adapt creatives based on ad performance and learn how creative decisions impact results
- Occasionally join us on shoots, help capture content and be comfortable jumping in front of the camera when a concept calls for it
- Help cover brand activations, sampling events, shoots and other on-ground moments
- Design offline brand collaterals such as standees, posters, event material, merchandise/T-shirts and other requirements
- Work with us on developing and maintaining High Time Foods' visual personality across touchpoints
- Sit in on performance marketing discussions to understand what's working, what's not,



and how the next set of creatives can improve

What we're looking forWe're less concerned about years of experience and more interested in your taste, ideas and ability to execute them.

You should

- Have a strong eye for graphic design, layouts, typography and visual storytelling
- Be comfortable editing short-form and long - form video content
- Understand Instagram/Reels and how content consumption is changing
- Be curious about performance advertising and creative strategy
- Know the difference between designing something pretty and designing something that needs to make someone stop, understand and act
- Be comfortable experimenting, receiving feedback and creating multiple iterations
- Be willing to occasionally travel within Mumbai for shoots and events
- Be comfortable around a camera - behind it and, occasionally, in front of it
- Have fresh ideas and be willing to pitch them
- Be comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where not every idea comes with a perfectly formatted brief

Working knowledge of tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Canva or equivalent tools is useful. A big plus if you...Have experimented with Meta ad creatives, motion graphics, AI creative tools, food/product content, photography or videography.

What this internship is notWe're not looking for someone to simply resize templates or churn out a fixed number of social media posts every day.

We're looking for someone who wants to understand why a creative works, contribute ideas and gradually become an extension of the brand's creative team.
