Responsibilities

Video Shooting & Camera Operation

- Shoot videos for campaigns, social media and promotional activities.
- Operate professional DSLR, Mirrorless or Video Cameras.
- Have a good understanding of camera settings
- Handle framing, composition, lenses, basic lighting and audio.
- Shoot Reels, Shorts, interviews, testimonials, event highlights and behind-the-scenes content.

Content Ideas & Creation

- Come up with fresh and practical ideas for Reels, Shorts and other social media content.
- Find interesting stories, people and moments during events and turn them into content.
- Develop ideas for interviews, testimonials, educational videos, promotional content and behind-the-scenes videos.
- Understand that different businesses need different types of content and adapt accordingly.

On-Camera Presentation

- Present Reels,



Shorts and other video content.
- Conduct short interviews with clients, students, faculty, guests, artists and team members.
- Present event and course highlights.
- Be natural, confident and comfortable in front of the camera.

Planning & Scripting

- Prepare simple scripts, briefs and talking points.
- Plan what content needs to be captured before an event or shoot.
- Suggest hooks, story ideas and ways to make videos more engaging.
- Coordinate with the creative, marketing and business teams.

Social Media

- Create content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Understand Reels, Shorts and other short-form video formats.
- Keep an eye on current social media trends and identify ideas that can work for our brands.
- Help maintain a regular flow of video content across the group.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Education

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
- Content creation: 2 years (Preferred)
