We work as an extension of our clients' teams, blending storytelling, analytics, and creative strategy to help brands stand out in competitive markets.

Role Description

We're looking for a story-first, AI-first Content Creator to make short-form content that stops the scroll and drives real business results. You'll create Reels, Shorts, and social content for a diverse mix of brands, from restaurants and hotels to clothing, furniture, and real estate, adapting your style to each brand's voice and audience. You'll also write scroll-stopping hooks and captions, and use AI tools to research, ideate, script, and produce faster without losing the human touch.

Your responsibilities will include ideating, scripting, and creating short-form video and photo content across multiple industries; writing sharp copy including hooks, captions, headlines, and CTAs; using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, CapCut AI, etc.)



across your workflow; planning and managing content calendars for multiple clients, tracking trends, formats, and trending audio; and working closely with designers, video editors, and marketing strategists while using performance data to improve what you create.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in content creation, with a strong focus on short-form content (Reels, Shorts)
- Story-first thinker who can turn a dish, a hotel stay, an outfit, or a home into a story people want to watch
- Strong copywriting skills, with a portfolio of hooks, scripts, or captions that performed
- AI-first mindset: you actively use AI tools in your daily creative workflow
- Versatility to switch tone and style across industries like F&B;, hospitality, fashion, furniture, and real estate
- Solid understanding of Instagram and YouTube trends, formats, and algorithms
- Comfortable with Canva and basic video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Pro)
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines at once
- Data-aware approach to improving content performance
- Good written and verbal communication in English; Telugu or Hindi is a plus
- Willingness to work in office in Hyderabad
