About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic and trend-aware Content Creator & Social Media Executive to build Jaydurga Furnishings' presence across Instagram and other digital platforms.

The role involves creating engaging content around curtains, blinds, fabrics, interiors, home décor, products and our stores, while helping increase brand awareness, customer engagement and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and create Reels, videos, photos, stories and other social media content.
- Shoot content at our showrooms, customer sites and installations.
- Develop creative concepts around products, interiors, trends, tips and customer education.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos that are relevant to current trends.
- Write captions, hooks, scripts and content copy.
- Handle the day-to-day Instagram/social media calendar and posting.
- Edit videos and photos for social media using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro or similar software.
- Collaborate with the sales and design teams to identify products, projects and customer stories that can be turned into content.
- Create content showcasing before/after transformations, installations, new products, offers and showroom experiences.
- Track social media performance including reach, engagement, views, followers and enquiries.
- Identify trends, sounds,



formats and content opportunities relevant to the brand.
- Experiment with new content formats and continuously improve performance.
- Support campaigns, product launches, events and promotional activities.
- Maintain a consistent brand image, tone and visual identity across platforms.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels and short-form video content.
- Good photography and videography skills using a phone/camera.
- Strong video editing and content creation skills.
- Creative, energetic and comfortable being on camera or directing others on camera.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling and visual presentation.
- Valuable communication and copywriting skills.
- Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, Instagram tools and preferably other editing/design software.
- Ability to identify trends and turn them into relevant brand content.
- Portfolio/social media page showcasing previous work is preferred.

Ideal Candidate Someone who is creative, proactive and obsessed with content—who can walk into a showroom, spot a good story or product, turn it into an engaging Reel and understand what makes people stop scrolling.

The ideal candidate should combine creativity + execution + understanding of social media analytics and business goals.

Pay: ₹10,149.08 - ₹25,000.00 per month
