UGC Creator Intern

2 Positions | 6-Month Internship | Onsite, Indore

MIDGROW is looking for 2 creative and confident UGC Creator Interns who are comfortable creating content on camera and have a strong interest in social media, short-form content and digital marketing.

This role is not just about being comfortable in front of a camera. You should understand what makes content engaging, know how to create strong hooks and CTAs, and be able to turn a creative brief into authentic, engaging UGC-style content.

What You'll Do

- Create UGC-style Reels, product videos, promotional videos and social media content.
- Appear on camera and confidently deliver scripts, hooks, CTAs and product messaging.
- Research current Instagram/Reels trends, formats, hooks, sounds and content styles.
- Develop creative content ideas based on brands, products and target audiences.
- Understand basic social media marketing and content strategy.
- Assist in developing monthly content ideas and social media campaigns.
- Work closely with content strategists, social media managers and video editors.
- Record multiple variations of hooks, scripts and CTAs for content testing.
- Participate in product shoots, client shoots and in-office content production.
- Adapt your communication and presentation style according to different brands and audiences.
- Stay updated with emerging creator trends and short-form content formats.
- Support the team with basic content research, competitor analysis and social media execution.
- Contribute ideas during creative discussions, brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.

What We're Looking For

- Strong interest in UGC, Instagram, content creation and social media marketing.
- Comfortable speaking and appearing naturally on camera.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.




- Basic understanding of Instagram marketing and social media strategy.
- Ability to understand hooks, CTAs, audience engagement and content formats.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Good awareness of current Instagram and Reels trends.
- Ability to understand and follow creative briefs.
- Willingness to learn, experiment and work closely with a creative team.
- Previous experience in UGC, content creation, influencer marketing or social media is a plus.
- Portfolio, Instagram profile or previous content samples are preferred.

Internship Details

Positions: 2

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: 65, Shree Mangal Nagar, Near Bangali Square, 452016, Indore

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday
