We are looking for a creative and execution-oriented Content Creator / Digital Marketer to join our growing team in Pune.

About the Role The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing content and digital marketing initiatives across social media platforms. This role requires a combination of creativity, communication, content production, trend research, and an understanding of digital marketing.

You will work closely with the founding and marketing team to build WeIntern's digital presence, increase audience engagement, generate leads, and strengthen the company's brand.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

- Develop content ideas for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create short-form videos, Reels, carousels, static posts, and stories.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, and CTAs.
- Research current content trends and identify relevant opportunities.
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Shoot and edit short-form video content.
- Repurpose existing content across multiple platforms.
- Maintain consistency in brand communication and visual identity.

Digital Marketing





- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
- Support social media growth and lead-generation initiatives.
- Conduct audience, competitor, and market research.
- Assist with Meta Ads and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign and content performance.
- Analyze reach, engagement, conversions, and other relevant metrics.
- Prepare basic performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Experiment with new content formats and marketing channels.

Required Skills
- Robust understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong content ideation and storytelling ability.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing.
- Ability to create compelling hooks and content concepts.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Understanding of social media analytics.
- Strong research and execution skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
