Role Description The Content Creator & Creative Associate is a full-time, in office role based in India. This role involves conceptualizing and producing engaging content for digital platforms, including social media posts, short videos, product storytelling, and campaign creatives aligned with the brand’s voice. The individual will collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to plan content calendars, support new product launches, and highlight the At-Home Trial Room experience.





Daily responsibilities include scripting and storyboarding, assisting with shoots, basic editing, and optimizing content for reach and engagement. The role also includes monitoring trends, gathering audience insights, and contributing creative ideas that strengthen Doordripp’s visual identity and customer-first positioning.

Qualifications

- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting for social media, product descriptions, and brand storytelling.
- Experience with visual and multimedia content (e.g., short-form video, reels, basic photo/video editing, and design collaboration).
- Ability to develop and execute content ideas that support marketing campaigns and enhance customer engagement.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital trends, and audience behavior in fashion and lifestyle segments.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in fashion, e-commerce, or D2C brands is an advantage.
- Comfort with collaborating across teams and taking initiative on creative projects from concept to execution.
