ARRO Physio is looking for a creative and energetic Video Content Creator who can manage the complete process of creating engaging video content for our social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable shooting videos, creating Reels, editing content, and understanding social media trends, especially Instagram and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality videos and Reels at our physiotherapy clinic.
- Create engaging content featuring physiotherapists, treatments, exercises, patient education, and clinic activities.
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, graphics, music, and other relevant elements.
- Develop creative video concepts and content ideas based on current social media trends.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Work closely with physiotherapists and the marketing team to create educational and promotional content.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content, testimonials, events, workshops, and clinic activities.
- Ensure videos follow ARRO Physio's branding and professional healthcare standards.
- Stay updated with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, trending formats, sounds, and content styles.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in video content creation, videography, or social media content.




- Good knowledge of video shooting and editing.
- Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, audio, and camera/mobile shooting.
- Creative mindset with the ability to turn healthcare topics into engaging content.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work from our clinic in Sector 43, Noida.
- A portfolio or examples of previous work are preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Experience creating content for healthcare, fitness, physiotherapy, sports, or wellness brands.
- Knowledge of Instagram growth and social media trends.
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Ability to write simple and engaging video hooks/captions.
- Comfortable appearing on camera or directing people for videos.
