About the Role

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and trend-aware Content Creator – Social Media who can develop engaging and platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for generating creative content ideas, writing captions and scripts, researching trends, and supporting the overall social media content strategy for the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and engaging content ideas for social media platforms.
- Write social media captions, post copy, hooks, short-form video scripts, and promotional content.
- Create content concepts for Reels, Stories, Posts, Carousels, and Short Videos.
- Research current social media trends, viral topics, hashtags, formats, and audience preferences.
- Create platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Work closely with the Graphic Designer, Video Editor, and Social Media Executive to execute content ideas.
- Develop creative hooks and concepts to improve audience engagement and content reach.
- Prepare content calendars and ensure timely submission of content.
- Understand brand guidelines and maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and visual communication.
- Conduct basic competitor and market research to identify current content opportunities.
- Rewrite, proofread, and optimize content for grammar, clarity, engagement, and SEO where required.
- Assist in developing promotional, educational, informative, and brand-building content.
- Monitor content performance and suggest new ideas based on audience response and engagement.
- Stay updated with emerging social media trends, content formats,



and digital marketing practices.
- Handle multiple clients/projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining content quality.

Required Skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong creativity and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Knowledge of social media trends and short-form content.
- Ability to write engaging captions, headlines, hooks, and video scripts.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing.
- Good research and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong time-management and deadline-management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
- Experience with AI content and productivity tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of Canva or other content/design tools.
- Experience in writing scripts for Reels and short-form videos.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and content performance metrics.
- Previous experience working with multiple brands or digital marketing clients.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, English, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with strong writing skills and a creative mindset may also apply.
