Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Content Creator & Social Media Manager who can create fresh, engaging, and relatable content for social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be confident in creating Reels/short-form videos, understand current social media trends, and have the creativity to develop new content ideas.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and original Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and social media content.
- Develop fresh content ideas based on current trends, audience interests, and brand requirements.
- Plan and manage daily/weekly social media content.
- Write creative captions, hooks, and content concepts.
- Shoot and coordinate short-form video content for social media.
- Edit Reels and short videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Video Edit.
- Manage and maintain social media pages.
- Monitor trending sounds, formats, hashtags, and content styles.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and creator formats.

Requirements




- 0–1 year of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Reels and short-form video creation.
- Ability to create new, original, and engaging content ideas rather than simply following existing content.
- Good understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and social media tools.
- Comfortable appearing on camera or coordinating video shoots.
- Strong sense of trends, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio, personal Instagram page, or relevant content-creation experience are welcome to apply.
