We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator & Video Editor to showcase our projects, design process, team, and brand through engaging visual content.

ob Summary

We are looking for a Content Creator & Video Editor who has strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, video shooting, editing, and social media content creation.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and publishing high-quality visual content that represents the design identity and projects of Bougainvillea Architecture.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of architecture, interiors, visual storytelling, composition, lighting, and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for architecture and interior projects.
- Capture professional photographs and videos of completed and ongoing projects.
- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, short-form videos, promotional videos, project walkthroughs, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Operate cameras, gimbals, drones, and other video equipment when required.
- Edit videos professionally using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Add music, transitions, captions, graphics, sound effects, and colour corrections.
- Create engaging content highlighting architectural features,



interiors, materials, details, and design concepts.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for project videos and social media campaigns.
- Coordinate with architects and the design team to understand the key design features of each project.
- Create content for project launches, client testimonials, office activities, events, and brand promotions.
- Maintain consistency in Bougainvillea Architecture's visual identity and branding.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, video formats, editing styles, and content strategies.
- Assist in managing and organizing video/photo files and project media archives.
- Support the marketing team in developing creative campaigns for the firm's digital platforms.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good knowledge of professional video editing techniques.
- Strong video shooting and camera-handling skills.
- Knowledge of framing, composition, lighting, camera movements, and storytelling.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Knowledge of colour correction and basic colour grading.
- Ability to edit short-form and long-form videos.
- Good understanding of social media trends and Reel formats.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop,



Illustrator, After Effects, or similar software will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of photography is an added advantage.
- Drone photography/videography experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Degree/Diploma in Media, Visual Communication, Film, Photography, Animation, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, videography, or video editing.
- Candidates with experience in architecture, interior design, real estate, construction, or lifestyle content will be preferred.
- Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling ability.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites for video/photo shoots.
- Ability to work independently as well as with the architecture and marketing teams.
