About the Role Testkart is looking for a confident, creative, and internet-savvy Content Creator & Brand Face Intern who can become the face and voice of our brand across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.

This role is not just about making posts. You’ll be expected to appear on camera, create entertaining and informative content, stay updated with current trends, and make exam-related information easy and engaging for students .

You’ll work at the intersection of education, social media, current affairs, memes, trends, and student culture . Similar content roles increasingly combine on-camera creation, trend research, scripting, shooting, editing, and audience engagement.

What You’ll Do Create engaging Reels, Shorts, and other short-form videos for Testkart.

Be comfortable appearing on camera and becoming a recognizable face of Testkart.

Research and create content around competitive exams, exam updates, important dates, notifications, results, preparation tips, and student-relevant information .

Turn serious exam information into content that is simple, relatable, entertaining, and easy to understand .

Keep track of trending memes, formats, sounds, topics, internet culture, and social media trends and find ways to adapt them to Testkart.

Brainstorm hooks, scripts, concepts, captions, and content series.

Shoot and edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, VN, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.

Work with the marketing team to plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.





Monitor what students are talking about online and identify content opportunities quickly.

Track content performance and use engagement, reach, watch time, and audience feedback to improve future content.

Who We’re Looking For Someone who is comfortable in front of a camera and can naturally communicate with students.

Someone who spends enough time online to understand what is trending, why it is trending, and how to adapt it without simply copying it .

Strong communication skills in English and/or Hindi/Hinglish .

Genuine interest in competitive exams, education, student communities, or current affairs.

Creative thinking and a positive sense of humour.

Basic video editing and content creation skills.

Someone who can take a topic like “SSC released a new notification” and turn it into a 30-second video that a student actually wants to watch .

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who can develop a personality and presence for the Testkart brand , rather than simply acting as a person who uploads posts.

Bonus Points A personal Instagram/YouTube account or previous content portfolio.

Experience making Reels or Shorts.

Understanding of memes, internet culture, and Gen-Z communication.

Experience creating educational or exam-related content.

Ability to research information quickly and verify it before publishing.
