ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Content Creator to join our team at our Karnal office. The role is centred on turning consumer and market survey data provided by the company into engaging marketing content and designs — including social media posts, ad creatives, and promotional material — that reflect real customer insights. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data/survey reports as well as design and content tools, and can independently convert findings into ready-to-publish creative content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Study and analyse survey data/reports shared by the company to identify key insights, customer preferences, and market trends.
- Translate survey findings into engaging marketing content — social media posts, blogs, captions, infographics, and ad copy.
- Design creatives and visuals based on content and survey insights using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and brand messaging.
- Write clear, persuasive product descriptions, captions, and promotional copy for online and offline use.




- Track content performance and suggest data-backed improvements to future content and creatives.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor content, and consumer behaviour in the rice/FMCG/agri-business sector.
- Coordinate with photographers/videographers for product or on-ground shoots as required.
- Maintain consistent brand tone, style, and visual identity across all content and designs.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or graphic design.
- Working knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic ability to read and interpret survey/data reports and draw practical insights from them.
- Valuable understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple content pieces and deadlines independently.
- Basic photo/video editing skills (Reels/Shorts) will be an added advantage.

WORK LOCATION This is an office-based role at our Karnal, Haryana location only. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Karnal. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position.
