We’re Hiring | Content Research & Growth Strategist

We’re looking for a Content Research & Growth Strategist to join Rahul Jain’s team in Gurgaon.

This role is for someone who can research, think, write, repurpose, and identify opportunities to grow content and audiences.

What you’ll do

1. Research topics across finance, business, markets, entrepreneurship and current affairs.
2. Identify engaging stories, insights and content opportunities.
3. Write and develop scripts for videos and podcasts.
4. Repurpose long-form content into short-form content across platforms.
5. Understand what makes content engaging, relevant and shareable.
6. Track content performance and use insights to improve future content.
7. Identify trends and new opportunities for audience growth.

What we’re looking for
- 2–4 years of experience in content, research, media, journalism,



finance content or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of finance and business.
- Excellent research, writing and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of YouTube and social media content.
- Curious, analytical, hardworking and highly execution-oriented.
- Ability to move quickly and work with tight content timelines.

Location: Gurgaon

Work Model: 5 days/week in office

Experience: 2–4 years
