Pifinity is looking for a Content and Social Media Intern to support our training team in shaping how we teach, and to help tell our story to the world. You will work across two connected areas: designing and refining the curriculum and assessments our students learn from, and creating the content that carries Pifinity's mission online.

Pifinity is a social venture dedicated to empowering high school students in India to make informed decisions about their future. Our mission is to provide career guidance, 21st century skills and skill development programs to help students achieve their full potential and lead fulfilling lives.

What you'll do

Curriculum and assessment

- Design and review lesson plans, handouts and curriculum developed by the training team
- Build assessment and measurement tools for our learning modules, based on what each module needs
- Collaborate with the program and mentorship teams to translate educational activities into compelling, student-centered content
- Help keep our teaching materials clear, engaging and suited to first-generation learners

Content and social media

- Support the planning, creation and publishing of digital content across our website and social media platforms
- Draft posts and write short-form and long-form content, and update web pages
- Develop content calendars and assist with basic campaign planning
- Monitor engagement,



respond to comments where appropriate, and help gather stories, testimonials and visual assets that highlight program impact

What we're looking for

- College students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Education, or in Applied Arts (Literature, Sociology, Psychology or a similar field), can apply
- Strong communication skills, including explicit written and professional online communication
- Web content writing skills for creating engaging, accurate and student-friendly content
- Content strategy and content management skills to support planning, organizing and optimizing digital content
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms (such as Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube), and an interest in content trends in education and youth development
- Comfortable with Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, or similar tools
- Fluent in both Kannada and English
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with diverse teams
- Strong attention to detail, openness to feedback, and a commitment to inclusive, gender-neutral and non-discriminatory communication
- Current enrolment in, or recent completion of, a program related to education, communications, social sciences or a similar field is beneficial but not required
