Contact Center Manager – Indo European Study Abroad Consultant

Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi

Salary: ₹5 LPA – ₹7 LPA

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Indo European Study Abroad Consultant is looking for an experienced Contact Center Manager to lead our contact center operations, manage the team, improve customer engagement, and drive lead conversion and business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day contact center operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate the contact center team.
- Set team targets and monitor individual and overall performance.
- Ensure effective handling of inbound and outbound calls and customer enquiries.
- Monitor call quality, follow-ups, conversions, and team productivity.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and customer engagement.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective students and leads.




- Coordinate with counselling and admissions teams for lead conversion.
- Identify performance gaps and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate data updates.
- Handle escalations and ensure a high standard of customer service.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in contact center, telecalling, customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Strong team handling and leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing targets, call quality, conversions, and team performance.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in the education/study-abroad industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹41,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
