We are looking for an experienced Accounting & Compliance professional with 8+ years of post-qualification experience and strong expertise in Indian accounting, I-GAAP, tax compliances, cross-border transactions, and team management. Consulting experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with Indian accounting, TDS and GST regulations.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with I-GAAP.
- Manage payroll processes and related statutory compliances.
- Handle and review cross-border transactions and related accounting/compliance requirements.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors and support audit requirements.
- Provide accounting and compliance advisory/consulting support to business stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate management of all applicable Indian compliances.
- Lead, manage and mentor the finance/accounting team.
- Drive process improvements and ensure solid financial controls.
