Job Summary

Technology Consultant (AgriStack Team) - CNS - TC - AI and Data, Recent Delhi. The role requires experience handling large-scale digital transformation projects, preferably with government clients, and a strong technical foundation along with functional agility in the agriculture or rural development domain.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with central and state government stakeholders to design and implement AgriTech solutions

- Lead or support large-scale program rollouts in agriculture and allied sectors

- Understand business and functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, infra, field ops) to ensure project success

- Evaluate and implement technology architectures aligned with state-specific needs

- Manage timelines, risks, and deliverables in alignment with client expectations

- Provide technical mentorship to junior team members and field resources

- Draft technical documentation, integration workflows, and MIS dashboards

Qualifications

Education

- Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering; Information Technology; Agriculture-related streams; Electronics or Electronics Communications. Candidates with Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering degrees will not be considered, except for those with demonstrated experience in Agriculture / Agri Technology projects.





Experience

- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in technology consulting roles.

Experience working directly with Government and Public Sector clients is mandatory. Should have led or significantly contributed to large-scale rollouts or implementations. Candidates from consulting backgrounds must have hands-on technical exposure (not limited to management or strategy roles).

- Working knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, version control (Git or any other)

Added Advantage

- MBA or equivalent management qualification

- Experience in agriculture digital platforms, farmer registries, crop survey tools, DBT systems

- Willingness to relocate to the designated location

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to handle stakeholder engagement and issue resolution independently

- Comfortable working in multi-disciplinary teams and dynamic environments

Notice Period

- Candidates should be available to join within 30 to 45 days or earlier
