Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Strong understanding of transaction tax advisory, including domestic and international tax, corporate laws, SEBI, FEMA, Competition Act, and stamp duty implications on deals and restructurings. Ability to conduct detailed tax research and apply tax theory and positions to inbound and outbound transactions, corporate reorganizations, and securities market matters. Experience in preparing clear and accurate deliverables in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and email formats based on complex tax analysis and client requirements. Capability to perform direct tax diligence by reviewing historical tax issues, compliance records, and target company facts, and documenting findings in structured diligence reports. Proficiency in maintaining organized working papers, supporting knowledge sharing,



and using tax tools and processes to deliver productive, high-quality work products.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant

Experience

- 1 year post qualification experience
