Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Bulk Hiring Sourcer to support high-volume recruitment across multiple business verticals. The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and building talent pipelines to meet aggressive hiring targets within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end sourcing for bulk and volume hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, database mining, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess fitment against role requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to understand hiring demand and priorities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates in ATS and reporting systems.




- Achieve sourcing SLAs, hiring targets, and candidate conversion metrics.
- Drive hiring campaigns, walk-ins, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.

Required Skills

- Experience in bulk hiring / volume hiring environments.
- Strong sourcing expertise on Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, and social platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Strong candidate engagement and negotiation skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience hiring for Customer Support, Sales, Operations, BPO, KPO, or Shared Services roles.
- Exposure to multilingual or niche skill hiring is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
