Consultancy Proposals invited for Subject Matter Expert Innovation Studio, Delhi.

Consultant - Subject Expert will conduct teacher/Subject Coach capacity-building training, provide guidance and mentoring on module implementation, support classroom planning and delivery, and monitor the effective implementation of modules and creative, hands-on learning activities across the four Kendriya Vidyalayas, ensuring alignment with NCERT, NEP 2020, and the Atal Innovation Mission (AIM)

Consultancy deliverables:

Teacher/Subject Coach Capacity Building

- Provide regular technical guidance and mentoring to Subject Coaches/Teachers to strengthen their knowledge, lesson planning, classroom delivery, and implementation of technology modules.
- Support Subject Coaches/Teachers in effectively delivering technical concepts and facilitating hands-on, project-based learning across Robotics, Electronics with Microbit, Game Development, Artificial Intelligence, and Creative Coding.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance during module implementation to ensure effective and consistent delivery.

Assessment, Monitoring and Learning Outcomes

- Conduct pre- and post-assessments of students to measure learning outcomes, knowledge acquisition, and skill development.
- Support the documentation of student learning outcomes, innovations, and project-based achievement.
- Regular monitoring of module implementation and provide technical inputs for improvement.




- Ensure that planned activities are implemented as per the approved modules and timelines.
- Contribute to programme reports and other documentation as required.

Donor meetings

- Participate in donor meetings, review meetings, and programme discussions as required.
- Provide updates and technical inputs on course implementation, activities undertaken, progress, learning outcomes, and key achievements.

Required Qualification and Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Robotics, Engineering, Technology, Education, or a related field.
- Relevant 3-4 years experience in one or more areas such as Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Electronics with Microbit, Coding, Game Development, Design Thinking, or Sustainable Technology.
- Experience in developing and implementing STEM/STEAM or technology-based educational projects.
- Experience in mentoring students, teachers, Subject Coaches, facilitators, or educators.
- Strong understanding of project-based, experiential, and hands-on learning approaches.
- Experience in curriculum development, module development, or educational content development will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and translate them into engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences.
