Key Requirements:
- Experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and technology hiring.
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media channels.
- Excellent screening and candidate assessment capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple technology requirements simultaneously.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in coordinating interviews and closure activities.
