Position Overview:

We are looking for a Consultant – SFDC Developer with 8 years of experience in Salesforce development.

The candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Salesforce development, Salesforce CPQ, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce configuration. The role involves understanding complex business requirements, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, and working closely with business and IT teams.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with technical discovery, solution design, development, troubleshooting, and performance optimization in Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical discovery, design, and architecture discussions with business and IT teams.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and configure Salesforce solutions using declarative tools such as custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Process Builder.
- Work on Deal Desk Salesforce applications, specifically Salesforce CPQ.
- Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Components, Apex Classes, Triggers, and Visualforce pages.
- Implement integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using APIs or middleware.
- Handle data migration, data cleansing, performance optimization, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.




- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices.
- Provide end-user support and training when required.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong experience with Apex, Apex Triggers, LWC, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, particularly Deal Desk applications.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and declarative tools.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs or middleware.
- Experience in data migration, data cleansing, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and scalable solution design.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
- Good experience working with Salesforce CPQ and Deal Desk applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements.
- Comfortable working with business and IT stakeholders on technical discussions and solution design.
- Positive communication and collaboration skills.




- Ability to work independently in a hybrid consulting environment.
- Immediate availability is preferred.

- Exposure to additional Salesforce features or applications beyond the core requirements.
