About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SFDC Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, Salesforce CPQ, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce configuration.

The role involves understanding complex business requirements, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, developing and configuring applications, and working closely with business and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architecture discussions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and configure Salesforce using declarative tools, custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Process Builder.
- Work on Salesforce CPQ / Deal Desk applications.
- Develop Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, LWC, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using APIs or middleware.
- Handle data migration, data cleansing, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide technical support.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices.
- Provide end-user support and training when required.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong experience with Apex, Apex Triggers, LWC, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ / Deal Desk applications.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and declarative tools.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs or middleware.




- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and scalable solution design.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with recent Salesforce releases and emerging Salesforce capabilities.
- Exposure to additional Salesforce features or applications beyond the core requirements.

- Willingness to work in a hybrid model from Hyderabad.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a contract-based consulting environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
